Website terms

These terms cover the public informational site, browser tools and deterministic workspace demo.

Last updated: 4 August 2026.

Permitted use

You may use the public site and tools for lawful internal business preparation. Do not use them to harass, deceive, impersonate a lawyer, misstate authority or generate a demand you know is false.

No professional engagement

Use of the site, tools, demo or an initial email does not by itself create a lawyer-client, adviser-client or other professional engagement. Any human service scope, responsibility and fee must be confirmed separately.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for verifying inputs, generated drafts, dates, amounts, parties, delivery method and applicable requirements before use. Do not rely on a public output as a final legal determination.

Availability

The public site and demo may change or be withdrawn. Estimated fee comparisons are non-binding and do not include third-party, filing, enforcement, translation or tax costs.

Intellectual property

SoliceLaw site content and design are owned by Solice or its licensors. You may copy a draft generated from your own inputs for your business use.
